To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding cancellation before the period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Non-delivery

In rare cases, issues with your email provider or server might prevent you from receiving a delivery email, or it may end up in your spam or junk folder. If this happens, check these folders or contact us to resend the mail or send it to an alternate email address. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 days from your order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded. If we are not contacted during this period, it will be treated as a successful download and no refund or return will be granted for ‘non-receipt’.

Major Defects

Although all products are tested before release, errors may occur. If we fail to correct a major defect within 48 hours from your notification, you will receive a full refund or, at your choice, a replacement product of the same or similar value.

Product Not As Described

This issue should be reported to our technical support team within 30 days of purchase. Clear evidence in writing that the product is not as described is required. Complaints based only on false expectations are not honored. Our team is ready to assist you promptly.
